Basic solo baston attack and defense

Many classical styles of FMA utilize a limited striking template known as the Cinco Teros (5 strikes). It is believed that practicing the Cinco Teros and learning the corresponding counter-strikes, will prepare you to defend yourself against any angle of attack.
